Maggie has been a meat and diary girl since she was able to voice appreciation for food. I was planning to make pastitsio tonight for the first time but we had a big day going to Ikea, MoA and napping so I didn’t want to make something untested. I had ground beef thawed so made a last minute switch to meatballs. I tried a new recipe from All Recipes- turned out pretty good, except I overcooked them a bit. I followed the recipe except didn’t use hot sauce and cut down on the red pepper flakes. Here are my super pro photos of the process and my critic- she liked them.
